Job Description: Assist in digital and ECOM activities, including: - Social media maintenance for both content development and back-end management; - Support ECOM platform management and operations; - Daily exchange with agencies to track on brief and timeline ensuring high quality deliverables; - File grouping, data sorting and reporting; - Support payment and legal process; - Other duties assigned by managers.
Requirements: 1. Detail focus & patient; 2. Good command of English in written and oral, French is a plus; 3. Familiar with MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc. ; 4. Social media frequent user; 5. Good sense of aesthetic; 6. Very supportive, quick learner; 7. Sensitive to Number.
